- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology
- At least one year work expirience in hospital-based Clinical laboratory or equivalent training.
- Preferably single, ages 20-30 years old
- Good human relations and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and with proven integrity.
- Able to work flexible and extended hours to meet deadline
- Ability to work under own initiative.
