SITE ACCOUNTING MANAGER
ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
Finance functions
Monitors performance of the Accounting Supervisor and Accounting in Charge (AIC).
Ensures implementation of policies
Attends to the inquiries of the Accounting Supervisor and AIC.
Assures completeness and accuracy of reports consolidated by the Accounting Supervisor.
Reviews and finalizes Financial Statement (FS) reviewed by the Accounting Supervisor and forwards to Board of Directors (BOD) every 10th day of the month.
Presents to the BOD the Financial Status of the business quarterly.
Conducts branch visit regularly.
Administrative functions
Assumes administrative responsibility over AIC and Accounting Supervisor.
Coordinates with Administrative Manager on administrative matters.
Accomplishes required reports accurately on time.
Reports to Accounting and Administration Manager.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Atleast 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Managers specializing in Finance-General or Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast paced work environment.
Must be willing to be assigned in Zamboanga.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
Must have good interpersonal skills.
Must posses high integrity and professionalism.
Must be good in planning and organizing skills.
